Thurston House Policies

All rooms are on the second floor and have a private bath, queen-sized bed, individual air/heat control, desk, phone with modem hookup, TV/VCR w/cable, and CD player. Each room is named after one of the previous owners of this lovely home.

Rates are for one or two people and include a continental or full breakfast each day. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate more than two guests per room. Rates are subject to change without notice. Special events and holidays may have higher prices, and may have a minimum stay requirement.

Thurston House is not appropriate for children under the age of 12. Pets cannot be accommodated.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building or on any of the porches. Guests that do not respect this will be charged for the rest of their reservation and will be asked to leave. There will also be an additional cleaning charge of $50 to remove the odor.

Gift certificates are available. "Thurston Dollars" are also available, in any dollar amount you wish. Both of these can only be used towards guest accommodations, are non-refundable and are good for one year. 

To confirm a reservation, a one nights deposit on a credit card is required. Cancellations must be made at least five days prior to the check-in day to get a credit for the deposit and avoid being charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations made within the five days are subject to all charges if the room remains unrented. Early check-outs are subject to charges for the full amount owed if the room remains unrented.

Check-in each day is from 4pm-7pm. Check-out each day is 11am. Early or late check-in or check-out is by prior arrangement only and may not be able to be accommodated.
